The XLearner brand is owned and operated by Rynat Trading Ltd, a Cyprus Investment Firm authorized and regulated by CySEC with License No. 303/16.
Rynat Trading Ltd is authorised under its license to provide both Investment and Ancillary services as indiacted below:
1.Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments
2.Execution of Orders on Behalf of Clients
3.Dealing on Own Account
1.Safekeping and administration of financial instruments, including custodianship and related services
2.Granting credits or loans to one or more financial instruments, where the firm granting the credit or loan is involved in the transaction
3.Foreign Exchange services where there are connected to the povision of investment services
4.Ιnvestment research and financial analysis or other forms
The main objectives of the MiFID Directive are to enhance financial transparency, increase competition, and offer greater consumer protection in investment services.
Rynat Trading Ltd is regulated by CySEC and governed by the regulations laid out in MiFID II
Safeguarding of Clients Funds
Rynat Trading Ltd collaborates with accredited, licensed and regulated credit institutions and ensures that all client funds are kept in segregated bank accounts from the corporate funds of the Company.
Investors Compensation Fund
Rynat Trading Ltd is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund, which aims to protect eligible retail clients and secure the claims of the covered clients against the Fund members through the payment of compensation.
